FBI Of course you may :) Basically currently, followers of my religion are fasting because it’s a holy month for us. We fast for the whole month and only eat from after sunset to sunrise and then fast for the whole day. There are many reasons for this, one of them being it helps with patience and helps us understand what other people go through!
