On its own (raw or not seasoned) it's kind of plain-tasting and earthy - like a bean. You can season it with whatever flavour you like and it will take on that flavour. Some methods of cooking are better than others to hold that flavour - there's a whole science to it, lol 💕💕💕

Hi :) I totally understand people like the faster eating and big bites but it's not something I can just 'switch on'. I eat in the way that is comfortable for me. I can't eat food fast or I'll feel like I'm going to choke and I can't take big bites as my mouth will be stuffed and then I find it hard to chew and that just doesn't look appealing, lol. I also like to savour my food, not gorge on it. I hope you can understand. 💕💕💕
