Hello Victoria I just wanted to send you a quick thank you note for your videos. I’m currently going through cancer treatment (Chemotherapy) and your videos have really helped me relax and take my minds off of things, as I do struggle to sleep with anxiety due to my situation. I have had a wonderful team around me including a cancer support team who have offered me alternative and similar therapies to what you do and I’ve only been able to take them up on this once or twice. However, after watching your videos I feel more therapies may help me going forward, so I’m going to give them another go! (I’d come to you if I could! 😊) So thank you again - keep doing what you’re doing! Jim Xx

I used to play relaxation meditations whilst performing facials or body massages but i never narrated one myself whilst treating. This is lovely and very brave.
