Thank you so much for this video. This ride on Lena has been an integral part of my recovery process during ketamine therapy. I rode horses daily in til I was 18 years old and I miss it so much. I started by watching the videos during weekly treatment, but now just her hoofbeats bring me back to the freedom and security I felt riding my Pepper. She is a special horse and I thank you for sharing her with the world.

❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ Love how green and beautiful everything is. The moss is incredible! We don't see anything like that in Michigan, especially in February. Right now everything has a blanket of white. I have always loved the sound of a horses feet on the ground and the squeeking of saddle leather. The only thing that would make this experience complete would be to actually be there on her back feeling her move. I am thoroughly green right now. Haha! Guess maybe it's time for me to get a new best friend. 😊

Love Love Love it tooooo much .. .horsie Forest walking nature meditation. BLISS! Her hooves , her breathing and the stillness of our gorgeous BC Forest trails OH LA LA! Superb and thank you kindly. .....without your commentary it is like Lena put on a Go Pro and went for a walk by herself LOLOL. Then came home and shared her day with you. It also feels like you are Robinhood in the forest with a sword or bow and arrow on top your steady horse and feathered hat way back when times were simpler.

Lovely ride Lena ... Different question ...so many trees down ...were they cut or fell over ...they seem thin ... What kind of trees are they and can the wood be used ?
@StableHorseTraining2 жыл бұрын
Mostly cedar and hemlock. Yes, they fall down due to storms or they died and then are maintained for safety by cutting them down. The wood can not be used as it's in a park.

Yes. I have a video coming out in the member area on this topic. In time I'll release to the channel. It happens for sure and it's up to us to calm the horse and have them listen. Sometimes you ride out the bolt a little and ask for a better response. Lots of practice in the arena helps.

So beautifully still and calm. It's seems odd there is no birdsong in the background, it's like it's missing from the soundtrack. In the UK, a forest like that would be full of twittering and chirping. What a thrill it must be to be out riding there with one of your best friends. Watching Lena's ears along the way is fascinating. Thank you.
