The flat tool can be used for the palm of the hand especiallythe thenar & hypothenar part of the hand The round tool can be used for trigger points & more specific areas that need to be released The beveled took can be used on the top of the hand in between the metacarpals for specific work. Additionally, employing a soothing hand cream or lotion infused with essential oils can enhance the massage experience and nourish the skin. Regularly stretching and massaging the therapist’s own hands and forearms is essential for maintaining their well-being and preventing overuse injuries. I’m not sure which one are you asking about but one is the beveled Tbar for deep muscles that you need to reach. Like the intercostals, erector’s or Pollicis adductor muscles. The green round tip is for trigger points. You can check them out at massagetherapeutics915.com
