@@siphacingo I don't hear that well and reply on captions.Many aren't coz they complain it's too much to type up etc.YT has messed up the captions recently by making the white letters so dang light you can't read them!! That have a black box in the background that is no help either.Ticks me off!!! The lady did a great job cleaning your ears.

Every client gets a pouch with all the instruments. You can choose to take it home if you want or throw it away there.
