I've been to Japan and they were so kind. I lived in Korea. People in Seoul weren't as kind as people in Osaka but maybe that's comparing a big city to a country town. Customer service in both countries was excellent. It's considered a privilege to take care of customers. I'm a consultant back in the US now and I like doing a good job for my customers. I don't understand why so many Westerners act so off-putting.

I just started the video and even her little intro part has something different. like she's slightly less formal but just as polite? And she does soft spoken SO WELL. Fine, I confess: I'm planning my first trip to Japan because of your videos and I'm watching them all to make my choice for the best head spa/facial.
