I can't really explain why I'm watching asmr videos, but what always fascinated me, is that all of this artists are simple people and one would never no about this side by just simply meeting them. Great videos though, helps to forget about routine.

Just discovered your channel! Your voice is very relaxing and you have a very calming vibe about you. Gentle whispering started off like you by just showing her hands etc and not her face but her voice was so relaxing so I think that is why she got so many subscribers. I never knew asmr was a real thing.. it was just something that would happen to me. But today at the library it happened again!! I instantly remembered that when i was a kid, i used almost all my (birthday)money to go to the store and buy just one small gift (often lego) and told the lady that it was a gift so she would wrap it. ASMR all over, and I would go to the store every day till all my money was gone... so after my visit at the library I went looking on Internet and boom! First hit. Love it!

I just happened to have written a poem based on a Dutch song, set during WWII... ALL THE DUCKLINGS (A TRIBUTE TO VETERANS) She was breathing in the scent of wildflowers across the field, Where her forefathers raised crops through here, plowed and tilled, Look at her eyes, so beautiful with the perfect touch of blue, She paid no attention to me as I was wandering through, She sang in tune "Alle eendjes zwemmen in het water," A Dutch song "All the Ducklings" someone had taught her, It was my privilege to hear her sing to me on my way home, She was never frightened of me and that we were alone, It was odd to me that as I walked closer she showed no fear, "Alle eendjes zwemmen in het water" was all I could hear, She saw the horrors of war she lived through it firsthand, The Germans killed her family during the Bombing of Rotterdam, She whispered that to me while next to a tree standing there, I closed my eyes and the sounds changed to the battles in the air, When I opened them again she was nowhere to be found, I looked down only to see puddles of my blood soaking the ground, That's when I began praying to a higher power, my soul to keep, I was going home, as I closed my weary eyes and drifted to sleep… -skaggzy

Ik leer Nederlands en ben binnenkort jarig, dus is dit voor mij een redelijk realistisch rollenspel! Bovendien is er ook mijn favoriete trigger: Typen op een toetsenbord. Tot nu toe heb ik zo'n 10 Nederlandstalige romans (+1 in het Afrikaans) gelezen (van wie ik De donkere kamer van Damocles het beste vond). Voor de volgende gaa ik misschien een van je boekentips volgen:) Eigenlijk luister ik naar ASMR met gesloten ogen maar dat blijkt in jouw geval niet te lukken.
