🍀 INGREDIENTS
1 cup (180g) dried chickpeas
2 gloves garlic
3 tbsp tahini
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 cup chickpea water
Salt
Black pepper
🍀 INSTRUCTIONS
1. Soak chickpea overnight then drain. Boil chickpea with water and salt, bring to a boil then simmer for 60 minutes.
2. Drain the chickpea. Put into your Food Processor: cooked chickpea, crushed garlic, tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, cumin, chickpea water, salt and black pepper.
3. Process until smooth or your desired texture.
4. Enjoy xD
