Doctor Andrew Michaels does a medical exam on a patient that has soreness in their throat. The proper diagnosis is that the person is suffering from painfully large Tonsil Stones that have grown in the back of their throat and need removed properly.
Tonsil Stones are a leading cause of bad breath, and are easily removed and prevented.
Tonsilloliths, also known as tonsil stones, are soft aggregates of bacterial and cellular debris that form in the tonsillar crypts, the crevices of the tonsils. While they occur most commonly in the palatine tonsils, they may also occur in the lingual tonsils. Tonsil stones are very common. Tonsilloliths have been recorded weighing from 0.3g to 42g.
Protruding tonsilloliths may feel like foreign objects lodged in the tonsil crypt. They may be a nuisance and difficult to remove, but are usually not harmful. They are one of the causes of halitosis (bad breath) and always give off a putrid smell.
Tonsilloliths or tonsil stones are calcifications that form in the crypts of the palatal tonsils. They are also known to form in the throat and on the roof of the mouth. Tonsils are filled with crevices where bacteria and other materials, including dead cells and mucus, can become trapped. When this occurs, the debris can become concentrated in white formations that occur in the pockets. Tonsilloliths are formed when this trapped debris accumulates and are expressed from the tonsil. They are generally soft, sometimes rubbery. This tends to occur most often in people who suffer from chronic inflammation in their tonsils or repeated bouts of tonsillitis. They are often associated with post-nasal drip.

The best way is to use a smooth curved tool to place behind the tonsil, and as you pull forward with that tool push with an extra long wooden Q-tip near the tonsil stone. This squeezes the tonsil and out come all the stones. Buy a 3” paperclip and bend it to the shape you need.

More people get tonsil stones than know it. A lot of the time they fall out on their own and are swallowed. Some people are also just prone to them because the number and depths of the cavities in a tonsil varies person to person. So someone with deep or numerous crevices will just get more tonsil stones. It does not mean you have poor hygiene.

I love the Andrew Michaels character, he is cool, seeing the kind of ASMR you do I really do hope you will like the Sullivan Knoth character i suggested previously, I get a strong feeling that his kind of character suits your ASMR character, but anyways keep up the flawless work Tirar!! Best of luck to you in whatever you do

Knoth? From Outlast 2? I don't think that Reverend Knoth's religious views are quite the best thing for ASMR, or for innocent viewers. That game was scarring 😂

Thank you for making these videos, they really help me in more ways than you can imagine. My favorite video of yours is the "ASMR friend first aid" one, i always listen to that whenever i am feeling a bit down. If you don't mind, could you do a roleplay video of a friend telling me that they're okay? I mean, I get worried very easily, and most of the times it's when I feel like the ppl closest to me are hurting, mentally, emotionally, or physically and i get paranoid and will do my best to make the hurting stop. Most of the times the thoughts will get out of hand and i will feel very anxious even though the person is okay. If you have the time, please make it, i can't find anyone making this kind of video and i will be very thankful if you ever decided to make it. THANK YOU AGAIN.
