Get your Tingles back people!
When you lose your ASMR effect, and your tingles fail you, please try this video to restore your Pineal Gland functions. ASMR is a form of self-hypnosis or self-meditation so proper Pineal Gland drainage and secretion is important to keep the juices flowing and the tingles coming.
The pineal gland, also known as the pineal body, conarium or epiphysis cerebri, is a small endocrine gland in the vertebrate brain. It produces melatonin, a serotonin derived hormone, which affects the modulation of sleep patterns in both seasonal and circadian rhythms. Its shape resembles a tiny pine cone (hence its name), and it is located in the epithalamus, near the center of the brain, between the two hemispheres, tucked in a groove where the two halves of the thalamus join.
The secretory activity of the pineal gland is only partially understood. Its location deep in the brain suggested to philosophers throughout history that it possesses particular importance. This combination led to its being regarded as a "mystery" gland with mystical, metaphysical, and occult theories surrounding its perceived functions.
The pineal gland was originally believed to be a "vestigial remnant" of a larger organ. In 1917, it was known that extract of cow pineals lightened frog skin. Dermatology professor Aaron B. Lerner and colleagues at Yale University, hoping that a substance from the pineal might be useful in treating skin diseases, isolated and named the hormone melatonin in 1958. The substance did not prove to be helpful as intended, but its discovery helped solve several mysteries such as why removing the rat's pineal accelerated ovary growth, why keeping rats in constant light decreased the weight of their pineals, and why pinealectomy and constant light affect ovary growth to an equal extent; this knowledge gave a boost to the then new field of chronobiology.

I really like to learn new things, but since I couldn't go to college a lot of my new learning is obviously from the internet. II spent a good hour or two reading up about the Pineal gland today. Science/supernatural in particular are my favorite subjects to explore. I really like how a lot of your other videos make me feel like I'm in an old movie.

Great vid man! i used to have serious asmr episodes when i was a little kid and had NO CLUE why or what was going on (listening to my grandmother softly reading her book to herself would make my brain feel like it was gonna vibrate right out of my skull) until about a year ago when i discovered what asmr was from youtube and made the connection to my childhood, i dont get it nearly as intense as an adult, (i wish i did) but its still relaxing to listen to

Most nights that I'm having trouble sleeping, I've been able to count on this channel to knock me out. Of course, I'll end up sleeping half-way through an episode and come back the next night to watch the rest (before once again falling right to sleep!) Anyway. You touched on what is easily my biggest 'trigger' in this video (and have done in some of your other videos in the past,) and since you asked for that sort of feedback here, I thought I'd bring it up, since I've never seen it specifically mentioned anywhere. Hopefully I can explain it clearly (and it might end up a bit rambly and long, so I apologize in advance. I'll try to be as concise as possible.) Something that really gets me is in a role play when somebody is gathering some information about me that I can't gather myself, or don't already know. Paul Artwork has done medical exams focused on 'meridians,' Reiki and similar videos touch on this with reading auras or other spiritual things, and the focus of the pineal gland in this video really 'hit the spot' so to speak, but I've never felt it was addressed specifically or directly - and I've definitely never seen anybody else bring it up in quite the same way as I feel. There's only so far the usual Cranial exam can go, considering I already know my eyesight isn't great, and things like touch and smell don't transfer so well through video (even with the power of imagination.) But doing something more abstract like you've done here hits on that childhood 'playing doctor' feeling I used to get that somebody is able to see something that I can't see myself, and talking about things I'm not already intimately familiar with. Often even just making something up works. The more abstract the information, the less my brain wants to analyze it to death, and the easier it is to just let go and relax. It's similar to personal attention, I suppose, but far more specific. I get the same feeling doing quizzes and surveys online a lot of the time. Like somebody is touching on a part of my brain that I can't access. In the case of this video, I guess that's pretty literal. I'm not sure if I've explained myself well, or maybe that trigger is unique to just me, since in my two years watching these videos (and twenty more years just chasing the sensation without knowing what it was) I've never heard anybody but me talk about it. But maybe it's interesting or insightful for you or somebody else out there. I hope so, anyway. Anyhow, either way, thanks so much for making these videos for folks like me, and somehow managing to keep being fresh and interesting every time. Your creativity is a huge factor that keeps me coming back here. In an industry where it's easy to fall back on staples and normalcy and (in my opinion) get stale over time, I'll never get tired of seeing people experiment with new approaches and expand the community's general awareness. Even now when just putting the words 'cranial nerve exam' in the title of a video gets over triple the amount of views some people might normally get, it's far more refreshing to me to see all sorts of different things instead. Maybe that's just selfish or elitist, I guess, people like what they like.

I'm quite a heavy new fan of yours, you remind me (pardon me if this is somehow offensive), of when Ephemeral Rift an the other 'great' ASMRest got started, tossing caution to the wind, you try many different things, which is one form of creativity, an i shall gladly an loyally stay as you grow into your own style an characters, an get a Fanbase you rightfully deserve, I look forward to seeing your name grow in the ASMR public, an it's actually your recent Interogation Video, that's convinced/inspired me to do ASMR videos myself, just gotta get better equipment then a gaming headset

I feel that it would be helpful and safer to give a short warning of the use of waving flashlights or laser lights. Best to take precautions for viewers that have photosensitive epilepsy. A text warning at the beginning and an "in character" warning before the use of the tools would likely be all that's needed.
