Yo Dave! I'm so glad I found your channel (thanks to the English breakfast recommendation, haha) because you are my favourite mukbanger now! You are such a cool chef, I'm amazed by your cooking skills and recipes. This moussaka looked so good that I decided to cook it at home myself! Your way of cooking it seemed the most appealing out of all videos on KZbin, and it turned out to be sooo good! Very tender, melting in your mouth! I didn't add zucchini though. I was worried about eggplant because I'd never cooked it before, so I fried half of it on a pan first, but I think it didn't make a difference. Now I want to try to cook the lasagna, fish&chips, and the shrimp tacos like you!

@@drummer25cjj currently I work in a food production. So not a traditional restaurant in that sense. If I would describe it as simple as possible we make high end microwave meals. Everything made from scratch. Plus we do Caterings. I used to have my own restaurant though. Before that is a longer story. But everything from 5* hotel to Retirment home. I've seen a pretty broad pallet already. 😊

Hi. Danke geht gut. Montag ist gut überstanden. Hoffe bei dir auch alles in bester Ordnung. Hab zuerst die Kartoffel 20 Minuten bei 200 Grad gebacken, dann Auberginen drauf, nochmal 20.min ins Rohr, dann die Zucchini 20 min ins Rohr u d zuletzt Fleischsose mit bechamel fur 30-40 Minuten. Hoffe das hilft. Ich werde wahrscheinlich ein Rezept in der Community Tab Posten. Mal sehen wie ich Zeit habe
