I remember my husband and I went on a bus trip years ago to a casino and they were celebrating Oktoberfest there (unknowingly to us). We ended up getting 2 free passes to attend from a couple who weren’t gonna use theirs and we drank free all day, just had to pay for food. Omg it was a blast! We were feeling pretttttty good that day lol

Great choice for the upcoming month! I believe our Octoberfest has been cancelled for this year too. 😱 They were held at one of our cities fairgrounds and we'd have the best food stands there! 😭 What do you mean the Germans will be angry cause you ate the sausage wrong? 1) pick it up 2) put into mouth. 3) bite down and chew 4) swallow (nope ~ not going there! 😋) How do the Germans do it? Oy vey! 😄 This was great, Chef! I'd love to see more nationality dishes from you. Austrian and German. That pork knuckle looked soooo good!!! Get some rest though!

Lol, swallow. 😂😂😂 Well there is a certain way if eating Weisswurst. Either you eat it with knife and fork which has a certain way of cutting it OR the original way by "zuzeln" meaning as much as sucking. You suck the meat out of the casing. It's the preferred method of eating. So me being here and skiing it totally is probably a big no-no. 😂
