So I’ve actually been told that if you have a piece of cheap jewelry but you love it, you can paint the contact side (posts for earrings, inside band for ring) with clear nail polish to give your skin a break. You need a fresh coat every so often but it really has helped with my nickel sensitivity (it’s in EVERYTHING). If you have sensitive skin it might help with your rings!
