Last call: In honor of Gibi’s birthday, I propose sharing our stories of how we discovered her channel. As for me, I was searching for a video by a personal trainer friend about 3 years ago and stumbled upon her PT roleplay posted 23 August 2018. It was obvious that Gibi knew her way around the gym, and in fact, it took me a few videos to realize she was not an actual personal trainer (at least not as her main career): the first (for me) of hundreds of examples of her amazing preparation. I had never heard of “ASMR,” but knew it when I felt it (having occasionally experienced it without realizing it had a name), and I’ve been a fan of this most talented ASMRtist ever since.

I personally prefer the hand movements by the Juliet says ASMR channel. They're very hypnotic and relaxing that it's genuinely hard not to close my eyes and I'd say I'm pretty resilient. Also, I still prefer Gibi when it comes to personal attention roleplays.

This is the first ASMR video that I've watched. I was very impressed with the approach and techniques. With coaching and self-help I've been looking for techniques for getting me out of slumps of any sort. My 7 year old son has seizures and the worry and concern is ever-present for me.
