This is a 30-minute video without looping, with beautiful images and sounds of Oirase Stream, one of the most famous mountain streams in Japan, and Tinsha sounds added at the beginning and end for meditation.
Just watching the beautifully curved water flowing gently away from you washes away the tiredness and dirt from your mind, and the morning birdsong and the gentle sound of the stream leads you to a deep state of purification.
Although the frame dropping images are somewhat edited, neither the images nor the sound are looped for 30 minutes, so every moment just flows one way from the past to the future.

How to do it
1. sit in a comfortable posture and, if possible, watch the images for the first few minutes. 2.
2. while taking about 10 deep breaths, imagine yourself actually being in the place shown in the image, and with the exhale, imagine all the elements inside flowing down a mountain stream. 3.
3. when you are ready, quietly close your eyes and let yourself relax and savor what you hear and what arises inside for about 30 minutes.
