The past 4 months have been crazy with anxiety and panic attacks back in rebound and this specific audio has been my go-to for months. Sometimes I can have it in my earphones for hours a day on loop. Thanks soooo much for this video. I have quite a few ASMR go-to's but this one is my favorite after I had become immune to a previous one.

What do you mean? Why she's whispering? It's ASMR, these videos always have someone either whispering or speaking softly because it's a trigger for most people if not everyone with ASMR...if that answers your question.
