Hey Tirar/Michael ☺ any chance of a video giving advice on unhealthy working environments? I recently started a new job back in January and was absolutely ecstatic to start a new chapter of my life. Unfortunately a poor working environment and a toxic boss have made working there a living hell. Right now I'm just desperately looking for other jobs to get out of there quick and move to something that feels much more suited to me. As you can imagine, until I fins that job, I'm feeling very deflated and stressed.

My best advice is to not use your current boss for your contact on your resume because if he is a jerk he will sabotage your chances if called for a reference. Apply to 25-30 places and hope you get 2-3 decent interviews. Don't take the first thing if it's not right, keep looking. And, most of all, DO NOT QUIT. It's easier to get a new job if you are already working. Stay the course, you will get through this.
