Pinky finger doesnt means flipping off (middle finger is universal for that lol) but it does have a negative connotation, it kinda means "loser" or "trash" as its the "last" finger. I think the first sticker could be a hermit crab, too. I don't know what others feel or think of as pampering, but, I would guess gentle, soft, smooth, slow things. Perhaps stuff that adds adornment, or the recipient's perception of fancy, special, elegant, costly, luxurious & stuff like that. Sort of like a combo spa & makeover experience, perhaps? This is a very "subjective" subject.
