In this video I am your friend just trying to help you relaxed and make you feel special. This is cozy, lowlight, chill video that I filmed with the BLue Yeit. There is hair clipping [got this idea from ‪@LilyWhispersASMR‬ ] , mascara application (telling you to blink), hair brushing, positive affirmations, asking you questions, mic brushing, AND camera brushing. I basically compiled all of my favorite cozy triggers into one video :) This is great video to help you feel safe, loved, and cared for.

What is ASMR?
Autonomous sensory meridian response, sometimes auto sensory meridian response, is a tingling sensation that typically begins on the scalp and moves down the back of the neck and upper spine. A pleasant form of paresthesia, it has been compared with auditory-tactile synesthesia and may overlap with frisson.
