Hello beautiful people💞 I hope you're doing well :) The purpose of this positive affirmations video is for you to repeat after me, so that the last words you speak to yourself before falling asleep, are kind ones. I also incorporated some mic "brushing" sounds using a fluffy mic cover. It's incredibly difficult to balance content creation with mental health. You want what you make to be great and it's hard to make that happen when your brain is making things dark. It's easy to get caught up in the cycle of, "I don't feel good enough to create so I won't; which makes you feel bad for not creating and vice versa." It seems like you're on your way out of that cycle, and that's a great thing.

I watched this video 10s of times over the course of last summer, and multiple times again since. Last summer was probably the trough of my life so far, where a culmination of things that had been building up over the last few years finally coincided for one massive clusterf*** of a year. What I’m trying to say is that this video really, really helped me. I really needed to hear these affirmations during the darkest time of my life, which is ironic really because the bright sun poured through my window every morning. Now, a year later, I’m doing much, much better, and I’m back again to this wonderful, pure, heartfelt video. And I just want to say thank you for helping me get through this last year, because I finally see the light at the end of the tunnel. I feel myself rising above the darkness - a place I became too comfortable in for well over a year. And you were a huge help in turning my head up to the sun and not down at the shadows. I cried at « I’m deserving of love », even tho in general I’m confident with myself and I love the person I became. But ik it’s like a facade who’s trying to « kill/hide » the old me that was insecure and desperate for true love.
