@@Gabriel-xu1jx lol only on paper , states like new jersey & hawaii are straight up violating the scotus rulings of heller & bruen , in hawaii you cannot get a permit , nyc is still in violation of bruen too. these places are still using “may issue” even tho the supreme court said you have to go by “shall issue”. and states like massachusetts where morpheus is male it very difficult to get a permit with unconstitutional character assessment questions as well as going by “may issue” instead of “shall issue” as instructed by the high court which is the final word of law in our republic. we’ve got 29 so called “constitutional carry” states now too but many are not really , a perfect example is florida where you need a permit to conceal or open but not both. Arizona is the best example of a truly constitutional carry state because you can carry open or concealed without a permit as a resident or non resident visiting. that’s how it should be in all 50 states. 🇺🇸 i’ve been a permit holder in Minnesota for 17 years and have been following 2A progress the whole time and yer absolutely misinformed if you think all 50 states are following the law & supreme court precedent. 🇺🇸
