I love how he explains things, fascinating. I always have been curious, if someone doesn't have an organ can you tell in the reflexology that it seems different than would expect? i.e. Gallbladder was removed, etc?

Patient is a term generally reserved for receiving medical treatment. As reflexology is not a medical practice it not accurate to use that term. That said, it looks as though it would feel amazing, medical or not.
