You are a gift to this universe so embrace your light and love and release all of the fear, doubt, programs and unkindness from yourself and others that makes you feel that way. Embrace the truth of who you really are. Work on self love and once you truly love yourself everything else will fall into place. The most important part of this journey is to truly love yourself so you can progress in your life journey. Plus if you have true self love you probably won't have people in your life that make you feel unworthy or unimportant bc you will have discovered that you were already born perfect and the more you love yourself you realize all of the bs isn't even real or true. All of the people that programmed you to feel this way about yourself isn't even about you. It's just a reflection of that person and their need to get themselves fixed up bc they lack self love.. So let go of all of the negative thoughts, feelings and binds that tie you. Ask Arch Angel Michael to cut all of those cords and ties that bind you that you have given away consciously or unconsciously and ask them to come back to you cleansed and purified in this present moment. When i first heard about ASMR i thought it was a dumb internet trend. Then i watched the W magazine one of Salma Hayek bc Salma Hayek. She didnt do that ok but I dont recall who, i think Cardi B? I’m not into rap but she did a really good one and I realized how going back to childhood I experienced ASMR in lots of things. I explored KZbin ASMR and there’s a few really good ones that do chakra, energy work, plucking, or even personal attention that is very similar to energy work. Like Diddly ASMR is probably the best at hand movements. She knows what she likes and has confidence. Her “follow my directions” videos are great. Jazzy does personal attention, ramble really well. Lune Innate and Reiki by Anna are excellent. Especially Anna’s new chakra series. ASMR Glow’s personal attention are superbly slow and feminine. But the roleplays, i dont get it and can tell which people are really into themselves. I haven’t read anything about you but you seem genuinely nice and “spiritual”. I’m loving your videos. I have the worst trouble sleeping so i watch ASMR and get relaxed then replay and just listen as try to fall asleep. Only ask would be that you make some longer ones, about an hour is ideal. Also if you could do basically what you do in this video but add raking, scratching, and fluffing as well as plucking the karmic aura that’d be perfect.
