As a crew trainer at McDonald's, I can tell you that some weekends are like this. One time I had a big order, and all of our systems were updating, so I was writing everything down on a piece of paper, and calculating prices and taxes on a calculator. And we all had to remember the tax amounts, or else it could get us into big trouble. It was very stressful that day for sure!
