I've been listening to this a lot lately to sleep (I have autism, and tend to need something to listen to in order to get to sleep). I think the repeated mentions of being safe are one of the reasons. Our minds tend to be overloaded, and keep us awake, partly to keep us safe. I think it must help by telling my brain that it's safe, and that it can relax a bit. The sound and colours also helps, as does the simple but interesting story. Sleep has always been extremely challenging for me, and while it still is at least this makes it a bit less overwhelming and anxiety inducing. So, thank you so much

Okay, so, Wild speculation: one, Dimi is gifted as well, but keeps his abilities in check, either because he’s got more experience or someone has his abilities locked down, but that’s how he recognizes the viewer.
