Here is an easy hot chocolate recipe for our lovely (but slow) husband! One teaspoon of coco powder and two teaspoons of white sugar in a mug, mix and add about a quarter of a cupful of milk. Mix it up nice with a spoon and then add hot water. Mix a bit more and add sugar and milk to taste. Stir, let cool a bit, and enjoy!
