🌱 what is ASMR?🌱
ASMR, or Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response, is described as a tingly sensation or feeling that travels from the base of the scalp down the limbs and can manifest in different parts of the body. It causes a lovely, relaxing feeling to the people who experience it, as well as sometimes pleasant 'shivers', and can help with things like insomnia or trouble sleeping. It can occur in situations like hearing a particular sound or 'trigger', and many people experience varying degrees of the phenomenon. Not everyone who listens or watches ASMR videos experiences the sensation however! Some people utilize the sounds of a soothing voice or certain trigger(s) to help fall asleep or relax, without feeling the 'tingles'. It is a blossoming community online, whose main purpose is to bring tranquility and tingles to whoever enjoys it! ✧

Yeah, she's incredible! The first video I saw of her was a Southern USA one (was looking specifically for that). Years after, I saw she made some videos in Italian. Took me a while to understand she was born in Italy and has learned English afterwards and not the other way around. She makes a lot of different English accents realistically, it's amazing!

To answer your questions: On a scale of 1 to 10 how relaxed was I? I would say 9. What was my favorite part? 21:55 - 25:21. Favorite trigger? 26:09 What was my least favorite trigger? All triggers were good, but probably the toast. It maked me hungry. Would I ever consider doing another scanning appointment with you? Absolutely yes. Have I ever experienced this type of relaxation with anyone else? Well... ehm... no of... of course not. My experience rating? 5 stars. If we going to have another appointment I like to see (hear) more of nail tapping. Thank you and I am looking forward to another of your amazing videos.
