🌱 what is ASMR?🌱
ASMR, or Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response, is described as a tingly sensation or feeling that travels from the base of the scalp down the limbs and can manifest in different parts of the body. It causes a lovely, relaxing feeling to the people who experience it, as well as sometimes pleasant 'shivers', and can help with things like insomnia or trouble sleeping. It can occur in situations like hearing a particular sound or 'trigger', and many people experience varying degrees of the phenomenon. Not everyone who listens or watches ASMR videos experiences the sensation however! Some people utilize the sounds of a soothing voice or certain trigger(s) to help fall asleep or relax, without feeling the 'tingles'. It is a blossoming community online, whose main purpose is to bring tranquility and tingles to whoever enjoys it! ✧

The crazy characters are just the best imo First example that comes to mind for me is Cicero from Skyrim (everyone either HATES him or LOVES him, and I'm part of the latter)

One of my favorite parts of this video is that her suggestions are just "get better sleep, drink more water, have snacks through the day" and not anything that's really scary. I've been struggling hard with medical anxiety and getting headaches or having other physical manifestations of stress usually send me down an anxiety spiral - this video is a really nice reminder that it could just be as simple as drinking more water and being better at eating small snacks through the day.

I love the Unhinged doctor, enthusiastic to share what she has learned for the betterment of the patient. This is in stark contrast to the unconcerned doctor who's only got two pistons firing and gives you the wrong medicine/dosage.
