I love how Moon decided to use Miss Bubs as a demonstration. even though it was probably for asmr purposes, the idea of showing a child what they will experience and need to do before applying it upon them is such a considerate and comforting method. When I was little I used to get really bad nose bleeds. I should also say I changed schools a lot and no one really knew me. Anyway, since no one knew the nose bleeds were just anxiety induced I was always sent to the nurses office. I remember at one of the schools there was a nurse everyone called Miss K(I have no idea if that was her real name), she was really nice and whenever the teacher sent me to the nurses office Miss K would always give me snacks and ask me how my day was, basically reducing my anxiety and stopping my nose bleed. No one really cared enough to know why my nose bleed, but she did and Miss K is the reason I want to be a nurse(definitely not a school nurse lol) . Anyway, this video just reminded me of the best woman I ever met lol.

I remember having to go to the school nurse after getting bullied in middle school. Although it was probably just panic and stress, I had a fever. My school's guidance counselor was never someone that actually helped students with their problems and would rather ignore us and send us back to class. After deciding I could not get into class after everything my classmates did, I went to the nurse. I'm forever grateful for the advice and the pep talk she gave me there. I still remember her words, she was a huge part in building my confidence and mindset. She then sent me home even though medically not a lot was wrong. Nurse's really are important and I'm glad my school nurse was so great at the time.

A lot of people in these comments are sharing their school Nurse stories, and I’m a little jealous, no matter how glad I am for them. I always dreaded going to the nurse back when I was younger (for a multitude of reasons), and it didn’t help that the nurse was a very… firm individual. She never smiled or told you comforting things, and she wasn’t somebody you felt safe with, or that you could relax around. Never the less, reading about all these people and their experiences make me unbelievably happy and grateful. Hopeful, too, really. My dream is to become any form of health care professional, as I am a very “people pleasing” individual. (I’ve been told so, many times). Even if I do not achieve that, I hope others do, so that many will be able to share their stories just like this. This ASMR is one I find myself frequently visiting, because of the atmosphere and calmness.
