I came to the realization years ago that despite not necessarily “believing” this stuff will work as intended, the relaxation alone does worlds of good. That’s like 80% of the treatment right there.

Same! I don’t think this will really lift your face or anything but it looks so relaxing, well except for the last part maybe, that looks a bit weird and uncomfortable.. plus this lady’s voice and French accent are perfect for ultimate relaxation!👌🏼

The reason she is pressing on the chest and shoulders is bc you have all kinds of lymph nodes right under the skin there. She is pressing lightly to activate them you don't need to press hard bc they are right Uber the surface. As for the face lift part, all it really is, is h helping to move the fluid that builds up in your face down and out of your lymph nodes. It doesn't exactly lift the face but did slim it by the temporarily getting rid of those excess fluids. It's definitely something that is temporary, but who cares. It's super relaxing either way lol. ❤❤❤
