Hello Everyone !
I know a lot of you know this by now, but as previously mentioned, these videos were made for entertainment purposes, and not meant to be used as medical advice or tutorials. Although some of the content within this video may slightly represent what will go on in a real OBGYN office-this was made with the focus of bringing quality ASMR content-and not so much for the "realism" aspect. Please remember this. If you are having irregular periods or any GYN concerns-please contact your local OBGYN. any procedures seen are solely for entertainment, and do not demonstrate proper technique ( as I do not draw blood nor do ultrasounds).
Disclaimer: This is NOT a platform for medical advice.. any questions or concerns, please contact a provider near you.

As someone with PCOS, this is really comforting! I’m only 14 and have done a lot of research on it due to me never having periods, although I have gotten some it’s been irregular ever since I started, and I was scared at one point at the thought of never having kids due to it, but I found out with the right treatment and help women with pcos can have perfectly healthy pregnancies and babies! So my dream of being a mom is still intact:) thank you again for the wonderful asmr video!!!

If they tell you that you have Polycystic ovaries and you have not yet had children and want them someday, please please please ask them for information about that journey but do not let them scare you. My doctor told me it was impossible for me but other doctors have told me that it absolutely is possible, not guaranteed or easy, but possible. If they also try to put you on Metformin just be ready for really bad diarrhea! They warn you that it could happen but I’ve never met anyone that it didn’t happen to 😭😂

I was diagnosed with PCOS a month ago, it was shocking and the fact that I'm going to have this for my whole life is shocking. I have diet and medicine, the medicine can be stopped if everything improves but my life has changed. I feel bad about my condition because even if it doesn't stop me from doing things in my daily life, I feel sick. I am in the process of processing my diagnosis. it's funny because I still avoid it, I want to believe it's not that. I feel better that you've made a video about this. It makes me happy and calmer, I feel comfortable with your videos. Sorry if my English is bad, it's not my first language.

I am someone who has extreme Polycystic ovaries with somewhat high testosterone (I get my upper lip heavy with hair growth but no other facial hair, hard weight loss, my hair is very thin, my arm hair is very thick and dark, my underarm and leg hair grows back immediately etc) however, I have completely normal periods. My periods usually last anywhere from 5-10 days but I definitely have a very heavy flow. My cramps are god awful and my bloating, hormones, acne, etc are all bad too. I just have never gone without a period. So just a reminder that not everyone has the same symptoms but we are all in this together ❤️

Is it considered irregular period if it starts at the right date of the month but the length is unpredictable? Like sometimes my period lasts 4days sometimes 7 days and sometimes longer 😭

They didn't really ask for consent or anything like you do, just did it and that was it.

In summary, its a hormone disorder. When men have too little testosterone they feel like crap. When women have too much testosterone they feel like crap. Same with progesterone (the feminine hormone). The bodys hormones aren't in balance so it makes for awful side effects. Additionally it usually comes with cysts on the ovaries which can be very very painful and annoying to manage. Imagine a Neverending period but it only happens sometimes and if you arent prepared whelp.... good luck. Even if you are prepared sometimes its not enough if you're out in public or at work
