I'm a photography student so when I heard you want to buy a camera and wanted advice I thought "OH I CAN ACTUALLY HELP WITH THIS!" I use a Fujifilm since it was a gift (I use the XT-1 but any XT model will work wonderfully, but note they aren't super friendly to people who are new to photography) but Fuji is really liked for their color sharpness. Sony cameras are phenomenal when it comes to photo quality and are really well built (although they are usually on the higher price end). And Cannon is by far the most user friendly and a VERY large majority of their things are affordable and easy to find probably the best bet for your first pro camera. I don't know to much about Nikon so I won't say anything about them. My recommendations in order are going to be (strictly out of best for a person new to photography) 1. Canon EOS Rebel T7 2. Fujifilm XT-1 3. Sony Alpha 7 II (Also note NONE of them come with a lens, which ever camera you decide to go with look up the camera and look at the lenses and just see how much you want to pay, I will recommend you get one that does zoom) Hope the comment help you pick up photography!

i shoot film as my primary format nowadays, but i remember when i was particularly interested in digital, people used to dog on nikon a lot, one of the major complaints so to speak was their ancient lens mount and furthermore the autofocus system. there were times where id be trying to shoot through a window or something but instead of focusing on whatever subject that was beyond the window, it'd instead focus on whatever bits of dust, rain, etc was on the window itself. the way their af worked was just very primitive i suppose, compared to cameras of equal caliber from the other major players. nowadays it's actually an advantage for me that they used the same lens mounting system forever because you can mount any lens to any camera and with a few exceptions and asterisks, it works

Sewing that way with a needle takes so much longer, but sewing machines are vicious beasts. So this is particularly satisfying. Agreed on makeup artists needing to stay organized. They are the last stop before an actor gets on stage, so when they cut corners (i.e. not using a clean kit), its impact spills over onto the stage in a noticeable way. "My hair is getting fried because there's sirens". LOL. Cool that you did ballet. Body control is a very real thing. A joke I remember is that rich people are suspicious of tailors who double stitch because they think it means billing them more, but poor people will buy double stitch pants because it means they'll end up spending less. When lives are hanging by a thread, the rich man dies first. An extra vertebrae must also give you more cartilage, which will increase dexterity in your prime but be a bigger pain in the ass when you reach old age. Sony is indeed Japanese. I knew this because they own Columbia, which right now makes them the only non-American holder of a major American studio. As far as I know it also makes Sony the only company that both manufactures cameras and holds a studio.

There are organizations out there that deal with the sponsors for you. They'll have someone contact all of the companies for you, all you have to do is say yay or nay and then fulfill their request. Gibi's part owner of one I believe. I want to say they only take a cut of the sponsor, not the adsense revenue, but I'm not positive. Might be worth checking out though.

I don't know how other people who are afraid of needles feel, but I personally do not mind sewing needles. I'm only freaked out by medical needles or needles that are meant to be inserted into the body. (Even writing this freaked me out some. 😂)

All girls are genetically predisposed to worry about their appearance (with or without makeup). You, Alise, can work as a model because you radiate cuteness and beauty combined, so any concerns about your appearance is simply low-level anxiety trying to annoy you.
