@@hankhill4542 hahahah, this is probably a better solution. It was a lonely place and a lot of the men and women I worked with had different interests and personalities. I was also a bit home sick leaving my fiancé and my home. I do like the joke, very savage as the kids would say my friend.

When you get your oysters, I assume you’re limited to whatever the catch yielded that day. Are there typically only a couple different options or is there an array? I don’t know too much about procuring fresh seafood but I thought it would be interesting if you got different types of oysters and compared them.

If you cut the stem and stern off the citrus, then cut it quarters length wise, you will have square flat edges to help squeeze your wedges without struggle. I learned that in my cooking career. 🤙❤️
