Building a good looking house isn’t always easy in Minecraft, because unless you’ve got a lot of experience or just watched a lot of tutorials, it’s hard to get that immaculate detail I recently built a house out of Oak Wood Logs, Oak Planks and Spruce Stairs for the roof It was a big house too, simple design for the main building, but I also wanted to make it slightly more complex, or at the very least bigger So I added two large towers to the sides of the main building By the time I was done, I’d built a sort of wooden fort, and wondered how I could improve it My little sister suggested I use some stone for extra decoration and detail I knew how complex it would get, so I just decided “You know what? No, no stone will be used for this house” Currently I’m contemplating whether I should add flags to the tops of the towers or not Point is, complex designs are nice looking to be sure, but sometimes a simple wooden house is also really nice looking It especially helped that I was playing survival, so building a super complex house with a wide variety of building materials was gonna be a pain House was simple, yet nice looking

Lol literally the EXACT same thing happened when I needed glasses. When i was in 4th grade I kept telling my mom everything was blurry and i cant read the board, and she thought I was faking it. Then one day my teacher had a meeting with her and was like "your kid cant see for shit" and my nom realized I wasn't kidding. I wore glasses for the next 3 years and then started wearing contacts.
