So I usually just watch lot of Asmr on KZbin. Somehow I stumbled on a link on your page that took me over to your fitness channel . First and foremost I must complement you on just how naturally beautiful you are but also your dedication to your health is very inspiring. If you ever do get period cramps get a hand towel, wet it till it's damp, wring it out, place on a microwave safe plate and microwave for 40 seconds or until very warm. While you wait get a second towel, wet the second towel, wring out, place on plate, take first towel out of microwave, start second towel in microwave.... Place the towel around your midsection and once the first towel cools off, swap it out for the second towel... rinse and repeat until cramp goes away. Alternatively: grab a banana, and make some tea of any kind drink it at a very warm temp not hot and eat 1-2 bananas🤙🏽 I used to do this for my ex and she loved it😊

that sounds really relaxing, besides the banana part (i can't stamd them lol) i've basically gotten rid of all of my cramps however so I don't even need to do that!

I'm sure you already know, but it's likely that the buyers are interested in maintaining a monopoly rather than competing, such as: Google purchasing KZbin Amazon purchasing Whole Foods Bayer purchasing Monsanto But, in the process, they end up losing what made people interested in them to begin with - though that distinction does not apply to Monsanto since a lot of people have always had suspicions about its motivations.
