♥ I always loved to watch how children read : by syllables, slowly and with mistakes )) So I thought that perhaps my imperfect English with a Russian accent will give you a few tingles. I will use gentle calm rate of voice and the quiet tapping. Russian fairy tale "Vasilisa the beautiful" was my first time which showed me the world of illustrations by artist Ivan Bilibin . What is ASMR for me? It is an opportunity to stop, to slow down. A whisper, a gentle quiet voice, slow, soft-spoken, inviting to listen to our feelings. A pleasant tingling sensation or a trance can be elicited by means of sounds: soft rustling; crackling of plastic or paper packaging; tapping with finger-nails on objects; a slight scratching with finger-nails on textured surfaces, plastic or wood; the rustle of pages; the sound of paper; breathing into the microphone...
ASMR role-playing creates the atmosphere of a game and helps to get into a space of relaxation. We call this trigger "personal attention" . Very popular sub-categories include a medical examination, a conversation with a client, the process of making up, massage, spa therapy, hair styling which are combined with smooth, flowing hand movements.
Everyone can find their trigger or their author to their liking. You can feel "tingling" and "tickling" or use ASMR to alleviate your depression, panic attacks, or to improve your sleep.

Everyone has their own preferences, but for me this is the best video on this channel, partially because it feels more personal and authentic to her. There's no roleplay, no cosplay, no clickbait cleavage, just a woman with a camera and an incredibly relaxing soft spoken voice telling us about something she has a connection to and reading a story. The thought put into little things such as the color scheme, background, and even your outfit match the aesthetic of the illustrations perfectly. I understand the book you showed us is not just a book. Its the book, a book with a long past, a book you love a lot, a book you know any illustration in it by heart. From my point of view there is no need for any change. You are a very creative lady, in my eyes the most creative (and charming :-)) ASMR artist, and you provide us with a great and very interesting mix of different videos. Don't stop doing those things you like most. I feel the illustrated fairytales are an important part of it.

@Internet user lol,I love opium too, actually, have crazy fond memories but it's been over 15 years since I've seen any. I'm talking about the synthesized, specifically formulated for severe-pain analgesia. Morphine, 💕Dilaudid💕, oxicontin, percocet and percodan, lortab and Vicodin. You know that old saying where a doctor gives the patient a few meds and says "here ,take two and call me in the morning"? Well, I got addicted through legal prescriptions, so when it comes to opiates, and how they were handed out, I think it's more like: "here take this bottle of 36 tablets of easy, instant joy and contentment, and call me when you run out and then inexplicably want to claw your own skin off and die." Edit: I forgot the all-important ending to the one that ends with "claw your own skin off and die"...in the FULL, unredacted version, the doc continues with "so I can tell you to fuck off, not call anymore, and have fun trying to get your brain and body to function without resorting to buying an illegal fix from a dealer, you fuckin criminal."

I often don't know what to think about ASMR. I don't know should I feel weird? What is this experience? Like you know, all this seems very intimate. It's always so gentle, calm, positive. Overall a pretty weird situation that this is what I do after work, watch ASMR videos... I wonder how would statistics look, you know schowing what people watch what kind of overall "ASRM videos". I also feel like this is becoming something very different then what the actual ASRM experience is. In fact some of the ASMR channels freak me out a little.

I had a book of Russian folk tales that my dad used to read me. They were in English. "go to 'i do not know where' and bring me 'i do not know what'" and babayaga the witch. The illustrations in my one are beautiful too!
