I started listening to ASMR at the beginning of August 2017 during my internship in Portugal. This helped me to get to rest after busy days of work, further from home. You were the first ASMRtist and at that time the only ASMRtist I listened to. The quality maintained peak and I loved to listen to your barber vids with the shaving foam sounds (big tingles), great to have a long video with such sounds. Just wanted to say that I still love to watch/listen to your vids and keep up for another 7 years of great quality videos!

Brain activity changes slightly while this stage goes on._ ------------------------------------------- 1:00: Shaving cream/foam 3:50: Soap brushing 4:19: Soap squishing 5:03: Back to soap brushing 6:00: Hair/head massage with soap 11:00: Foam squishing 13:25: 8D foam ball squishing against ear AND brushing against ear 14:00: Eminem face massage (brushing against face with soap lol) 18:16: Gloves rubbing dish scrub AND foam squising (8D again!!!) 20:02: Gloves rubbing dish scrub 23:15: Humidifier 28:18: Spray bottles (my personal favorite so far!!) Part 2 bc of 38 likes! *NREM STAGE 2:* _In N2 sleep, the body enters a more calm state including a drop in temperature, relaxed muscles, and slowed breathing and heart rate. Everyone’s talking about the first foam one but The bathbombs one was really good too😻! Some triggers sound too wet for my liking but I love how crisp and dizzy those sounded. Nice to mix up rewatching the fire triggers video every once in a while lol
