I'm a nurse from the southeast and I call all my patients "honey" or "sweetie". You only get called a "sweetheart" if you are being mean to me or if you are getting on my last nerve 😂. I would say this is a decent "Texas" accent. Every southern state has their own dialect. Even parts of a state has their own dialect. For example I can tell when someone is from the mountains of NC vs the coast of NC based off their accent.

There's not enough Southern Accent roleplays, and as someone who lives in the South, that set of accents is one of the most relaxing ones I've ever heard. You've done an amazing job here, a couple of stumbles (lasagna and particular) but I really hope you make more southern accent roleplays in the future!

I've not heard too many people doing/trying that accent, but you certainly make the accent sound rather cool in my opinion. Plus I always have a respect for people trying to play a nurse role in rps, in a respectful way of course, because one of my parents is a nurse.

@@cyberbully7942 it's a deeeeep drawl.its not common in my area (South Houston and Galveston) but I've heard it a few times. If you head north it becomes bit more pronounced, I've heard it a lot where my grandparents live up in Wichita Falls

The accent is reminding me of Sheldon’s mother from ‘The Big Bang Theory’ and i used to watch that show when I was very little with my mother while my dad was at work and my brother was sleeping, this is very comforting for me because me and my mum don’t have the greatest relationship anymore so it’s nice to check in on the easier times❤️❤️🌒

it sounds like a mix of a texan accent and a more eastern southern states accent, and you seemed to fluctuate a little between either side, with more texas. it was pretty good though. i always struggle to keep from switching between similar accents when i use em. i always struggle with english accents, getting australian, irish, scottish, and different english accents mixing a lot of the time. i find the easiest are the albertan cowboy accent, eastern canadian accent, and Quebecer accent are easiest, seeing as i live in Alberta Canada, but i can do a couple american accents; southern, texan is close enough to albertan cowboy to be easily mistaken, californian kind of, and a new jersey accent.

Estuvo muy bien, los que te venimos siguiendo con los acentos pensaran igual que yo y también muy confortable todo el roleplay, ojala las enfermeras fueran así, no se si es normal esto en Estados Unidos, en mi país te dan muy poca atención y no atienden con amabilidad.
