i started watching mouth sounds & eating asmr to work on my misophonia. spit painting isn’t something i would have ever seen myself liking but i think the reason why is the mix of it being a really unique trigger (something that you would never actually do) and the personal attention that comes with it. i can’t speak for anyone else but that’s why i watch spit painting video although sometimes i have to stop the video early because it got too spity for me

@@YouLoveEline i’ve found myself a little more ok with mouth noises and some spit noises. i still can’t watch a video with eating without having a panic attack but it’s at the very least a little bit helpful when it comes to mouth sounds and my tolerance for them getting better. i use them as a kind of exposure therapy and it helps me in a way

I tried this too because I have intense misophonia when it comes to wet mouth sounds, but unfortunately it amped up my anxiety. Tiptoe is the only one who doesn't make it awful, but I'm still not a fan of the wetness. But her dry mouth sounds and clicking are the absolute best!

of course everyone has mentioned the mouth sounds and hand movements which are key to this trigger, but one specific part of this trigger i love so much is the clapping/tapping on the hand with the spit. i think light clapping is an underrated trigger, so having it mixed in with mouth sounds and other hand movements is really great

You did awesome with this! It’s the mouth sounds, personal attention, and then what you did super well was the idea of restraint. It wasn’t super spitty or overtly weird like I’ve seen others do. That’s what really got me to this video. I would say what other people do is incorporate like little hand sounds, like patting their fingers on their palms to “mix the paint” so to speak, I love that and would be something you can do since you’re already good at that lol. But you killed this, great video Tiptoe😁

personally i really like this trigger specifically because of some of the nuances of it. like i love the mixing of the 'paint' on the 'palette' for some reason that gives me a lot of tingles and i like the hand movements (i LOVE hand movements) and i like the mouth sounds (i like dry mouth sounds and some wet mouth sounds i'm just not a huge fan of tongue sounds). the whole spit idea i don't really care about that much i would say im indifferent to it. :)

Wow I am impressed on how well you did this spit painting video for being new at it you got it down well. Your delivering and style of it is really tingly. I like that you put a bit of realism to it by actually using saliva instead of pretending like you're spit painting and half assing it like some others do. The wet mouth sounds and slurping is also tingly the way you do it. The only thing I would do is to make the wet mouth sounds more louder on the mic or turn up the mic volume for them. Also the painting across the face should be longer. I love that part when the hand goes in front of cam it's very tingly for me. Even though you are not a big fan of this trigger I really do hope you continue to do more spit painting videos in the future cause you did a really good job. I sure would love to see more.

if your mouth is dry it’s bc you’re dehydrated, also you can test if you’re dehydrated by how quickly your skin snaps back into place after pinching and pulling it up and if it’s instant then you’re fine but if it takes a second you’re dehydrated

This is kind of a moment of realization for me, when i listen to asmr i tend to close my eyes and put my phone upside down, so i saw like 3 videos of spit painting before, thinking it wasn't actually real "spit painting", i was sure they were just making mouth sounds and tapping until you started warning about the saliva and saying it grossed you out, then i looked at my screen and found out lol, i just like mouth sounds because it gives me tingles and this is that and fast, i will admit seeing the actual spit ruins it a bit, but i guess other people don't care

It's the rapid,moist, pidder padder sound mixed with the visual brush tapping or "air" writing and other visual aid. To me that's gold and it isn't executed well by other artists. I love your "Dry" mouth sounds over the really wet sloppy mouth sounds that those other artists do. To each their own though. I'm also a mega Fast-Agressive, hard bare mic scrathing and mic pumping/swirling, peace and chaos kind of fan too

Spit painting triggers oxytocin, just like most ASMR does. It's the chemical that helps you in relationships, so in theory, ASMR can be a replacement for those feelings for a short amount of time. That's why some people have an ASMR addiction. Some people have different gene structures in their brain and that's why they develop tingle immunity so fast. Speaking of that oxytocin, I was satisfied- this video was great! It really helped in taking the edge off my stressful day :) Honestly you having Manscaped as a sponser just shows how good they are
