I suffered badly from anxiety last year. I couldn’t wear dresses because I related it with anxiety. But at Christmas I decided to wear my Christmas dress, even though my anxiety was killing me about it. This reminded me of how far I’ve come and how strong I am❤️ to all you people out there: you can do it! I believe in you❤️

It really resonated to me to hear Ocean talk about loss during the holidays bc this is going to be my first Christmas as an orphan. I lost my mom as a child and my dad this year and I'm only in my mid20s. It's so disorienting to be alive when the people who made you aren't. This year has really been all about learning how to be my own family so I really liked that part too!

the holidays is a very emotional time of year for me. 5 years ago my sister passed away from cancer and Christmas was her favourite holiday. she was always so happy during this time of year however the house is just quiet now. i love Christmas however its very bitter sweet. When i am struggling with missing her i can never find ASMR videos that relate to it so tysm ocean for helping me get through a tough time in my life with your amazing videos. love you so much and thank you for everything you do for us. my sister would be very thankful for making her little sister happy at this time of year. so thank you x

I started crying at the beginning of the video because my grandpa past away sort of unexpected a couple weeks ago, the day after my birthday and have struggled a lot recently but ocean has been helping so much along with some very supportive friends, teachers, guidance councillors, parents of friend who are like extra parents to me and family. My anxiety and complex ptsd is kicking my ass this eve (almost 1.15am) ive had my decaf tea(camomile)...done some self care (new nails).. creams lotion potions perfumes ive eaten and just made another tea after playing with my hair and smoothing it out. Cleaned my room (living in a hotel for now until i get an apartment) life is quite hard i wont trauma dump but thanks so much ocean for all of your content i watch you every single day xxx ❤❤❤

This is my first December post therapy and between the Seasonal Affective Disorder, which is really not great, this past year and the New Year being one of the hardest points for me. Lost a family member on New Year's Eve and I haven't been able to hear a few songs without crying ever since 2009. Being part Scots, it wasn't easy and the family member was on the Scots side too. Miss him daily.
