I have tmj pretty bad to the point where sometimes I can’t eat because my jaw is in so much pain or keeps dislocating and locking into place. I wonder, does insurance cover your TMJ treatments or is it all out of pocket?

It’s out of pocket! I’m not sure if insurance would cover a treatment like this but I don’t actually have really really bad tension in my jaw and definitely not enough to get diagnosed for anything! But it’s certainly a great treatment to reduce that tension and is what helped me realise that my neck is actually worse tension wise 😂

At least in Germany it's pretty common afaik! You can ask your dentist about it, it's covered by insurance or you can just go to physio therapy and pay it yourself
