aw no, have you tried factory resetting? (hold down power button + volume down until the speaker makes a sound, then reconnect to your device)

@@ASMRUnboxed yes I tried. But it was recognized as a defective product! And I’ve received my money back. And I still can’t find purple ue megaboom or just boom.
