I usually use transparent sticky notes for adding notes w/o totally covering the page. Here you can find cool uses of it instagram.com/reel/CpqpOMFI4Ox/?igshid=YmMyMTA2M2Y= For the other sticky notes, it's my first time to purchase it. But I think it's good for short notes for planning a day or tracking your activities. As for the stubborn stickers, try to find a corner or curve in the stickers, pull that section using your thumb towards you, one to three tries, it should peel off a small section when you bend it. I wish I could explain it more clearly, but I can't find the right words. Lol
