This was full of tingles but I think the most definitely came from your finger tracing of various things from the first person view. Like the painting at the end when you traced it with your finger gave me tons of tingles!! A video devoted to that would be amazing!

I love this! When I was pregnant I was anemic and I decided to use my cast iron skillet and eat lots of greens. I never took the iron pills😆🙉 then i got my iron level tested and they said it was fine🤣 Right now I take collagen (grass-fed bovine) to heal my gut lining and for better skin and hair, and for protein, inulin (prebiotics), probiotics, CoQ10 for oxygenation of cells. We love VoM too but I told you that🤗 Thanks for being honest! Because I have days like that too while I’m healing from autoimmunity and trauma. It’s good to know I’m not the only one❤️ I thought that was chicken with chocolate sauce😆 I can’t wait until I’m healthy enough to do more than one thing per day! If it was me we would be done after the T-ball game🤣🥴 It was so fun watching y’all 🤗

@@ChristiASMR awesome! I’m healing a chronic virus (like Lyme or EBV) without medication. It’s the hardest but best thing I’ve ever done. I’m writing a book about how I did it. And the best advice I can give is gut health. It’s actually another brain and it communicates with our brains. When it’s damaged, it can send the wrong signals to our brains, which affects our behavior. Depression, anxiety, etc. gut health is key. Also relying on God when our bodies go haywire. And seeking His healing from trauma. Music really helps when you’re learning a new skill while healing because it opens both halves of the brain so you remember more. And it helps keep you “holding hands” with God because it doesn’t just go away if it’s playing in the background, it’s a constant reminder of God’s presence🤍 This is Great is Thy Faithfulness instrumental🎻 kzbin.info/www/bejne/haHQdYCqqKinrKc

Definitely combination! It gets dry and flaky sometimes because I use tretinoin - but my t-zone is always oily. I feel like Cerave is pretty trustworthy and affordable.

I wonder - what did ever happen to skates? I used to skate a lot when I was younger but they're just not fashionable here in Sweden anymore. All I ever see nowadays are these expensive rentable electric scooters going around. Also, NEVER take vitamins on an empty stomach! I did the silly mistake once where I popped two vitamin pills at once before breakfast -- didn't have the time to eat anything before I found myself having to go puke in the toilet.
