Retinol is a milder version of retin A, which is vitamin A. Its the only proven anti aging product, increasing cellular turnover. SPF is essential for anti aging efforts and retinol or retin A is useless without the use of SPF. If using only 1 product for anti aging, SPF is the most important. ❤

Hi, yeah sure! :) For my cleanser I use the Glossier milky jelly cleanser and for my moisturizer I’ve been using the Kiehl’s ultra facial cream.
