I second this! A natural tap here and there is what makes those relaxing. Otherwise, it’s a sharp annoying sound and there’s no need to do it 50 times in a row. In this video, I love the occasional knuckle or finger brush or knock against the wood. That’s all that’s needed. This video is perfection!

She's as good as GentleWhispering and the Lita massage lady were circa 2008-2010... back in the REAL asmr days. Like a few commenters have already mentioned; the asmr thing is over saturated. So sick of the intentional tapping and nasal sounding whispers. What made asmr "sounds" effective (for me) was when they weren't intentional... someone tapping on different surfaces for an hour is boring/irritating, not relaxing. And you need a relaxing voice for your voice to be relaxing. Whispering alone does not make someone's voice relaxing... Anyway, that was my mini rant. This woman is the real deal. Zzzz inducing awesomeness!
