I'm guessing here, but this might be a scalp mask that he's cardully removing, I've seen other videos of ppl going really overboard with it for a fake dandruff grooming video. I feel it's unlikely it's actual dandruff

It’s not natural dandruff. It’s too conveniently placed and doesn’t even have small residual particles. It’s also always on a straight line and it seems he only goes to the places he knows he’ll find it.

I don't think it's real psoriasis, it's way too dry and uniform in shape. Psoriasis flakes trend to be very sort of thick and sometimes wet or grey. Someone suggested this is probably electrode glue that he's combing out. I agree. However, the fact that it probably isn't real doesn't mean it's any less satisfying. I still watch these vids as I'm falling asleep. The dry scritchy sounds are excellent.
