I actually have an inflammation disease of the soft tissue, meaning a twisted ankle can land me in a boot and on crutches because the joint, tendon, and ligament of the said area swell up and get irritated. It causes severe pain and, as I mentioned, it makes the injury wayyy worse. I’ve tried everything to try and at least help my joints not hate me everytime I stub my toe. I never would have thought to try Milk Bone dog treats! I’ll be sure to try that! Thanks! Not only are you a great trainer, you are very informed and should be a doctor!
