I either tap or make random noises with my mouth sometimes to help me stay calm and focus. Generally a old habit I did when my ADHD would effect me a lot worst then it does now but sense I started watching ASMR I’ve been doing it a lot more recently

😊🍑 I have enjoyed all of your Zen Garden videos, but this one is very special! All of your raking, brushing and pouring of the sand really brings on the tingles. I like the way you’ve set up the candles and polished stones, too. But I have to say that my favorite part of this video is the lovely lighting! On the left I seem to see a rosy purplish color and the right side seems to have more of a peachy orange light. It’s so pretty and just perfect for the ambience. Love it!😄

Just a suggestion/teaching moment, please say that you get annoyed, or want to perfect it's rather than OCD, it's a disorder that many suffer with and I don't blame you for not knowing that it shouldn't be used as verb.
